Comprehensive Care Study Club Sun City West, AZ
Dr. Kammeyer directed the Comprehensive Care Continumm Study Club, (TAB CCC) which is an affiliate of the Seattle Study Club, since 2002, where he meets with local dentists and dental specialists throughout the year. This brings teachers of new cutting edge procedures, conventional and most predictable techniques available.
“Education for Advanced Comprehensive Care”
We asked a number of local dentists in 2001 if they were doing most of the dentistry their patients want and need. Their answer was a resounding “NO!” Looking at all the barriers patients face and those that dentists have, we saw a strong unmet need: Educational programming devoted to helping dental teams implement elective services for their practices. Dr Kammeyer and his team at Solutions Dental Implant Centre’ have made an unconditional commitment to serve dentist through a Comprehensive Care Continuum Study Club.
Unlike traditional continuing education, our group enjoys small group learning with a high level of interaction which improves member’s knowledge and application with problem-solving cases.
Beginning in 2001, our clinical sessions have evolved to the point of being the highlight of a very unique and dynamic study club. Each year’s curriculum is developed in response to the feed back we received from our members. It includes clinical and practice management sessions and all-day sessions for doctors and their teams.
Our clinical sessions have showcased some of the newest technologies and topics including Sleep Apnea, Invisalign Orthodontics, Neuromuscular versus CR occlusion, Lasers, CAT scans and Teeth in a Day and are devoted to comprehensive interdisciplinary restorative dentistry.
Each year, we have examination and treatment planning sessions often with patients in Dr. Kammeyer’s office, which always promotes lots of interaction. We have had some top speakers in dentistry such as Dr. Carl Misch, Dr. Craig Misch, Dr. John Kois, Dr. Jerry Chiche, Dr. Rick Sullivan, Dr. Howard Farran, Dr. Dick Barnes, Dr. Bert Melton, Dr Roger Levin and countless others.
We provide education in a relaxed atmosphere, with a high level of interaction among the participants. Club members and the specialty advisory group also regularly contribute to programming which makes for true peer learning.
Non-clinical club sessions for you and your team included case acceptance, communication and team building skills from resources such as David Schwab and the Steven Covey Group on the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Our study club sessions will help you position your practice for success.
Our Club continues to be based on the concept of being a “university without walls” for our doctors and their staff.
