Increasing Case Acceptance in a Changed Economy: Lisa Philip
How we adapt to the changes in dentistry determines our success in the future. One of the biggest changes is how patients make decisions. Eighty five percent of a patient’s decision to say yes is based on the direct reflection of how the dental team understands and meets their needs. It is critical that all members have the tools and training to help people get what they want and need.
